Mmm, holidays...

Anyone make anything memorable over the holidays?

We made a pretty tasty stuffed turkey breast recipe, from Mario Batali's "Holiday Food" , with prunes, chestnuts, pancetta, and ground pork.  (That's a pretty good cookbook, by the way, with Italian recipes for various holidays... useful if you're trying to plan a big feast!)

I do a crusty standing rib roast with bubbly yorkshire pudding for Christmas Dinner- it really is so elegant and delicious! Just add a nice green veggie and maybe a special salad and you've got a winner!
