Easy "smoked" Brisket

Given to me by Sheryl & Becky

1 T  Liquid Smoke
3 T Vinegar
1 clove garlic
1.5 Oz. bottle Soy Sauce
1 can Consomme Soup

Combine & pour over Beef Brisket.  Soak overnight. Put in pan with tight like or cover completely with aluminum foil.  Cook 4 to 5 hours at 250 degrees.  Cool in Refrigerator and fat will rise to top and can be skimmed off.  Keep in juices and serve hot or cold.
