Lemon Basil Sauce

Whisk together:
2 egg yolks
1/4 c  heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c white wine
1 T chopped parsley
1 T basil

Cook over low heat until thick

Remove and add 1 T lemon juice
