(this recipe is good for lunch/dinner)

Put in blender:
1 clove garlic
1/2 small onion
28 oz can tomatoes
1/4 c water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 T olive oil
3 T red wine vinegar
Tabasco to taste
Add after blended:
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
