Thyme Chicken Marsala

Rinse chicken, pat dry. Pound each breast half to 1/4 inch thickness. Cover breasts lightly with flour, set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of oil. Add carrots, cook for 3 minutes. Add pepper strips, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir about 5 minutes, Arrange on two dinner plates and keep warm.
In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat, add chicken. Cook chicken for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Place atop vegetables.
Add marsala and thyme to skillet. Heat for 1 minute, scraping up brown bits. Pour over chicken.
Serve with linguini
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp oil
1 medium carrot, cut into julienne strips
1 small red or yellow sweet pepper, cut into julienne strips
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c marsala
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
