Cathedral Cracked Glass

from Kathleen Bolton served every Christmas holiday get together
1 pkg. ea. red, yellow and green jello
1 1/2 c. hot water for ea. color
Dissolve jello and chill ea seperately
1 envelop unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water.
Add it to 1 c. hot pineapple juice.
Cool but do not set.
1 c. heavy cream (1pt)
Add it to 1/2 c. sugar and 1 t. vanilla.
Add mixture to pineapple juice after its cool.
Cut jello into 1/2" squares
Fold into whipped cream mixture
Graham Cracker Crust.
Mix 3 doz. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. butter (soft_
1/2 c. sugar.
Press 2/3 of this graham cracker mix into 9 x 13" pan.
Turn the jello/whipped cream mix onto the crust and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Chill from 6 to 12 hours before serving.
