Oven Baked Kentucky Style Chicken

This is a low cholesterol recipe, and you can use boneless, chicken, or chicken pieces.

1 cup of flour
1tsp of dry mustard
4 tbsp of paprika
2 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of nutmeg
Combine the above in a bag, and mix well.
Remove skin from chicken pieces, and shake each in bag, until well coated.
Melt 2 tbsp of marjarine in a baking dish, or cookie sheet. Put chicken pieces in, and bake at 350 for 50 minutes, turning once.

My family loved it. Even though I accidentally added too much pepper.

This is the kind of thing that you should experiment with to your household's taste. Next time I'm going to try greasing the pan with canola oil, and I'm going to reduce the salt a little more. Plus I won't overdo the pepper. :-)
