This started as a cooking experiment with my son. They are good served immediately, or eaten straight as a cold snack.
1 cup applesauce
5/6 cups oat flour
1/2 cup milk
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cook pancakes. You should spread the batter out in the pan with a spoon.
