Chicken Caesar Salad

Low fat, see the dressing, and its good too :), I put good for vegerians you would have to minus the chicken, The dressing is great :) and really good, I do not like tofu and love this one.

2/3 cup low fat ceasar dressing
3 tbls lemon juice
3/4 lb chicken breast, cooked, cut into bit size pieces
1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn
14 grape tomatoes


In salad bowl combine dressing and lemon, In seperate bowl reserve 1/2 dressing.

Place chicken and remaining dressing in container and chicken, set aside I mix well and keep mixing  occutationally  until I add to salad.


Low fat Cesar Dressing

300 g soft tufo
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt

Whirl in food processer until combined

Cal 250, T fat 6g, sat fat 3.5g, Carbs 26g, Fiber 5 g, Sugars 5g, Protien 24g, Sodium 870mg, Cholesterol 45mg
