Tomato pizza - low fat

This recipie calls for 2 slices of whole grain bread. I used a whole wheat pizza crust and baked it first and than pilled the rest on top it was great.

1/2 Cup low fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp olive oil
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basal
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp Parmessan cheese, shredded

Instructions

Make pizza crust as directed and put in oven and bake

In a small skillet heat oil and saute tomatoes, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to taste until tomatoes soften about 5 min or less

Top pizza crust with ricotta cheese, and tomato mixture sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basal.
