My Dad's Spanish Shrimp

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
Coarse salt, to taste, (more is better)
2 tbs minced parsley
tsp hot pepper flakes
tbs or more paprika
Extra virgin olive oil.

Heat  large frying pan or saute pan. Add three or four tbs olive oil and the garlic, saute for 30 second or so. Add shrimp, cook till they are nearing done and nicely turning pink. Add coarse salt and paprika and finally, the hot pepper flakes and parsley, stirring well.
Serve immediately with chunks of fresh bread.
