Tomato Avocado Salad

I made this up.  It's basically guacamole that hasn't been mashed up.

1 ripe tomato per person, sliced
1/2 ripe avocado per person, sliced
red onion, thinly sliced
cilantro, chopped

Vinaigrette (use 2 T oil to 1 T lime juice, multiply as needed)

canola oil
lime juice
1/4 t cumin, toasted
1/2 oregano
1/8 t red pepper flakes

Toss vegetables in vinaigrette.  Serve at room temperature.
