There are several RSS feeds (also known as "webfeeds") available to notify you of new content on The Recipe Files.
(An RSS feed can let you know when a website is
updated; for example, when somebody posts a new recipe. To use it, you'll need a program
called an "aggregator"; I use
Mozilla Thunderbird, but there are many others. A more complete introduction to RSS
can be found here.)
Note that this feature is somewhat experimental right now. There are many RSS aggregators
out there, and I have only tested with a few, so if you run into any problems,
send me an email at .
